$250,000+ Starting Annual Salary, based on experience

Physician / OBGYN / Outpatient
As an OBGYN you will perform a variety of tests and exams focused on women's health. Gynecologists are responsible for performing the standard yearly exam on adult women to ensure their reproductive health. During this exam, the doctor will physically examine the woman, perform a pap smear, perform STD tests, complete a breast exam, and monitor the woman's use of birth control. Gynecologists are also sometimes certified as obstetricians, and will monitor the health of the mother and the fetus during a pregnancy. Additional responsibilities for the OBGYN Physician include:
Rotation Call 1-4 or 1-3 with rare after hours calls.
18 to 20 patients per day.

It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specific qualifications for the OBGYN Physician role include:
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
